Jennifer Evans (she/her)

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role. With a long history in leadership of animal non-profits and veterinary medicine, Jennifer has dedicated her career to making a difference in both human and animal lives. Prior to joining Out On The Lakeshore, she worked for a large corporation where she led the global LGBTQ+ Colleague Resource Group, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for colleagues worldwide. Originally from Texas, Jennifer moved to Michigan to start the next chapter of her life with her partner, Penelope, a lifelong Michigander. They now reside in Holland with their three children and their beloved cat, Pacey, affectionately known as the Prince of Kitty Town. Jennifer initially joined OOTL as a volunteer, helping to develop new programming, and is now eager to lead the organization to new heights.
